It's time to celebrate excellence! On behalf of the KCAR Awards Committee Chairperson, Immediate Past President Rich Jacobson, we are excited to announce that nominations for the 2024 Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® Awards are now open!
We need your help to recognize the exceptional individuals who have made a significant impact on our Association, industry, and community. There are seven different award categories, which means lots of opportunities to nominate REALTORS®, Affiliates, and community members!
The winners of these prestigious awards will be announced at our Installation & Awards Breakfast on Friday, January 24, 2025.

To help its members thrive personally, professionally and financially, the Association facilitates member access to, and knowledge of, the tools and resources of the local, state and national associations.

The Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® is the leading voice of all matters affecting real estate.
The Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® is a trade organization whose primary members are licensed real estate professionals. As a member of the local association, each REALTOR® also belongs to the Washington Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
There are more than 500 REALTOR® and Affiliate members in Kitsap REALTORS®, 22,000 members of Washington REALTORS®, and 1.4 million members of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Membership in the REALTOR® Association is voluntary and open to active real estate licensees in the state of Washington. In addition, more than 43 companies offering services to real estate practitioners are affiliate members of Kitsap REALTORS®. Members may take advantage of many of the programs and services offered to REALTOR® members.
All REALTORS® subscribe to and uphold a strict Code of Ethics that governs their business practices in all real estate transactions. We look forward to serving each of you.
