FOREWARN is offering live training to users! FOREWARN was built around agent safety and identity verification. However, FOREWARN is also a multi-dimensional tool that can be utilized in other areas of your business to help you be the best real estate professional you can be while helping to keep you safe in the process. The purpose of this training is to help real estate professionals gain a much better understanding of the platform along with going over some "Pro-Tips" to help you understand the various ways to leverage FOREWARN in your real estate business. The KCAR Foundation's RAIN Auction is the most highly anticipated event of the year, and it's right around the corner! Proceeds benefit the Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® Foundation, a 501-c(3) charitable nonprofit. The KCAR Foundation secures contributions from the REALTOR® and Affiliate community to provide grants to Kitsap based REALTORS®, Affiliates, and nonprofit organizations to help meet basic needs during challenging times. The KCAR Foundation’s vision is to become a catalyst in building a stronger, more resilient community.
Join us for a fun afternoon (lunch included) of networking, a silent auction, dessert auction, wine pull, and of course our dues drawing!

Code of Ethics Zoom Course

This course provides agents with the latest in high customer service standards through a look at the Code of Ethics and the changes that have been implemented for the current year. Learn how to avoid the pitfalls of an ethics violation and what the process is when a violation does occur. This day is filled with real-life experiences, practices and exercises, and thought-provoking information.
