At this awesome, back-to-school course—instructor Amy Remington will give students an overview of Government Financing with corresponding lending guidelines including an understanding of basic qualifications, what lenders look for in a file when granting a government mortgage loan, and little known ways to use government financing.
Come learn about VA, FHA, USDA, HUD184 Tribal Loans, HUD reverse mortgages, down assistance programs, and how to best use government financing! The course will also cover assumptions and financing ADU, or “Air Condos," and how to navigate new housing types with these loans.

The KCAR Foundation Auction is the most highly anticipated event of the year, and it's right around the corner! The auction will benefit the Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® Foundation, a registered 501c-3 charitable non-profit dedicated to supporting REALTORS®, Affiliates, and Kitsap community organizations in need.
We hope you will join us for a fun afternoon (lunch included) of networking, a silent auction, dessert auction, wine & gift pull, and of course, our dues drawing! At least one lucky winner will have their dues paid for 2026! One entry per KCAR REALTOR® Member is included with ticket purchase.
