2025 was a wonderful year of growth and success for the Association and its members, and we are looking forward to another great year ahead in 2026! We hope you will join us to celebrate and reflect on all of the good work our members and friends have done for the Association, the industry, and the community as we recognize the nominees and winners of the 2025 KCAR Awards! 

As we look ahead to continued growth in the new year, we will also be installing your 2026 President Linda Wood, swearing in the 2026 Board Officers & Directors, and Kitsap's very own Joel Gibson Jr. will start off the evening with a live set starting at 6:00pm!

Attire/Theme: Boots & Bling can look like anything! Dress up in a "western" theme or come decked out in bling. From casual to cocktail to full on formal - we want you to be comfortable and have fun! There will also be a Cowboy Hat Contest! Dress up your cowboy hat and come show it off - best hat wins a prize!

Your ticket includes access to the evening's entertainment, entry to the door prize drawing, dinner (served buffet style so no need to select an entree), and awards program. The event will also feature a no-host bar with specialty cocktails and mocktails!

 

New Member Orientation isn't JUST for new members! While new members are required to attend a new member orientation, it is open to ALL members to come and learn more about what it means to be a REALTOR®.

At the New Member Orientation, you will learn all about your REALTOR® membership at the local, state, and national levels. Come learn about benefits, advocacy, networking, meet your KCAR staff and volunteer leadership, and more!

The Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® is the leading voice of all matters affecting real estate.

The Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® is a trade organization whose primary members are licensed real estate professionals. As a member of the local association, each REALTOR® also belongs to the Washington Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

There are more than 500 REALTOR®  and Affiliate members in Kitsap REALTORS®, 22,000 members of Washington REALTORS®, and 1.4 million members of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Membership in the REALTOR® Association is voluntary and open to active real estate licensees in the state of Washington. In addition, more than 43 companies offering services to real estate practitioners are affiliate members of Kitsap REALTORS®. Members may take advantage of many of the programs and services offered to REALTOR® members.
